We, at The Honor Foundation, understand the challenges and uncertainties that come with transitioning from the military to civilian life. We have spent the last 9 years providing the “best-in-class” career transition program exclusively to the U.S. Special Operations Forces community and now it’s time we continue to lead the way and make an even bigger impact. 

That's why we are developing this self-guided, interactive digital course for ALL transitioning military personnel and veterans who still need help. 

This course aims to provide participants with clarity surrounding their identity, purpose, and community after service, as well as uncover the confidence, conviction, and motivation to take the next steps in their journey.

Those interested in participating must fill out the Program Application below. The main objective of this study is to provide curriculum access to 30 volunteers who meet the eligibility criteria for this initiative.

*We will consider allowing more than 30 participants in this study, however, only the first 30 eligible participants enrolled will receive the $50 gift certificate for compensation. 

In order for this study to be a success, eligible participants must be Active Duty, Reserve, National Guard, or a Veteran. The aim is to gather valuable feedback that will aid in the further development that aligns with or surpasses THF's standards. Ultimately, the objective is to create a transformative program that provides the clarity transitioning veterans need to move forward in the most meaningful and intentional way.

The Beta Test Group will commence on August 14th, with application decisions scheduled to be sent out via email on August 7th. If you are chosen to participate, you can expect to receive a Welcome Email from Kasie Valenti, the Program Director. In this email, she will provide you with your Enrollment Packet and guidance on how to access the course.

This is a self-guided and asynchronous course. We will begin onboarding on August 7th and the test group will begin on August 14th and end on September 15th. There are 10 chapters that will be released on a weekly basis: two chapters per week over the course of 5 weeks. We anticipate each chapter to take approximately 45 to 60 minutes to complete.

Participants are expected to complete the pre and post study surveys as well as a Program Satisfaction Survey in their entirety. It is strongly encouraged for participants to allocate sufficient time and provide honest responses and constructive feedback. This approach ensures the success of the study and facilitates the acquisition of high-quality feedback essential for the development of a transformative program that aligns with The Honor Foundation's program standards.
