Vector’s program guides participants as they examine strengths,
weaknesses, personal story, priorities, and turn those discoveries into
tools that will help them navigate the next steps in their journey. Those
tools include aligning values with decisions, setting priorities more
adeptly, communicating interests clearly, identifying talents confidently,
and translating your skills into new environments, industries, and cultures.

Vector is a compass that will point you in the direction of personal
success. It will help you see your path clearly, so that you can then
pursue your goals with intention and in a way that is aligned with your
values.

1. Proven Methodology- Vector Accelerator comes from parent company, The Honor Foundation, who has successfully helped thousands of SOF veterans transition from military to civilian life. 

2. Accessible Programming- Vector Accelerator is a self-paced, on-demand learning program and is available to all active-duty military and all veterans, regardless of separation date, branch, or component.

3. Distinctive Approach- During this program, you will examine your strengths, weaknesses, personal story, priorities, and turn your discoveries into tools that will help you navigate the next steps in your journey.

Vector is self-paced. There are 10 chapters in total, and we recommend
completing two a week, which would make the entire program about 5
weeks long.

The Vector program isn’t just about helping you find clarity about your
next mission—the introspective work completed in the course will help
you find clarity, confidence, and conviction within your family, friend
groups, communities, and current work.

Vector can be taken at any point during a career.

The pilot program is currently free of charge for all eligible participants. However, it is important to note that after the conclusion of the pilot program, there may be associated fees for course enrollment. Eligible participants for this program encompass individuals currently on Active Duty, serving in the Reserves or National Guard, as well as veterans.
